Added ability to assign row first depending on the navigation direction. `direction` parameter was added to `cellBecomeFirstResponder` BaseCell method. - Breaking change - if using custom rows, see changelog to see how to fix it.
Clean up PostalAddress type. 
Delete generic  type requirement from PostalAddressRow.
