[swift-build] Rename files to support terminal usage. The -- in filename is hindering with doing operations on these files such as: $ vim '--init.swift' VIM - Vi IMproved 7.3 (2010 Aug 15, compiled Oct 28 2015 19:46:19) Unknown option argument: "--init.swift" More info with: "vim -h"
