Revert "Reinstate [SILGen] Implement NSString -> String bridging through _ObjectiveCBridgeable." This reverts commit b25019c259d45e3584f66de9ae2f3e801abf79de. The builders are failing in ways that are clearly related to my changes but I'm unable to replicate locally.
