[IRGen] Adapt protocol resilience test for Linux ARM

This protocol resilience test passes on Linux 64-bit, but not
Linux ARM, for the same reason as https://github.com/apple/swift/pull/1251.
Fix the test for Linux ARM by allowing both bit-widths.
