Remove obsolete BridgeStorage.swift.gyb test. The functionality this is testing looks like it's been subsumed by the Builtin.BridgeObject type. This is the only thing keeping alive the otherwise dead _swift_usesNativeSwiftReferenceCounting_nonNull runtime stub.
