[stdlib] Constraining `AnySequence.init` ... to only allow sequences where SubSequence.SubSequence == SubSequence. See swift-evolution proposal https://github.com/apple/swift-evolution/blob/master/proposals/0014-constrained-AnySequence.md for more details.
