IRGen: Get dynamic singleton unions working as args and switch subjects.

Fix the ExplosionSchema for indirect singleton unions to properly use the union's own storage type as the aggregate type. Fix things up so we can derive the UnionImplStrategy from a NonFixedUnionTypeInfo so the TypeInfos can properly forward to it.
