Invert "REQUIRES: not_asan_build" to "XFAIL: asan".

This is almost but not quite equivalent: XFAIL tests are still run but are
expected to fail, while REQUIRES tests are not run at all. Mostly, though,
I just think negative requirements are harder to maintain.
