test/stdlib/NewStringAppending.swift has XFAIL: asan, but the test actually passes on ASanSwift buildbot. Let's just remove the XFAIL, although it still depends on the implementation of ASan's memory allocator. This means the test may start failing again in the future, but this is also true for non-ASan builds.
