Revert "Completely remove dead store elimination in LoadStoreOpts.cpp, as the new dead store elimination can handle more cases. Rename LoadStoreOpts.cpp to GlobalLoadForwarding.cpp to better reflect what it does now."

This reverts commit r32363, because it's implicated in breaking many
tests running on the simulator.
