Work-around to keep a bot happy. Rather than asserting, bail out of a cast optimization. It looks like something might have changed recently about materializeForSet that breaks assumptions in this optimization, so for now bail out until we can take a closer look at the issue. rdar://problem/22093102 Swift SVN r30927
