Sema: Non-trivial function conversions now work This removes the totally lame diagnostic telling the user to wrap their function in a closure. Some exotic Objective-C metatype to AnyObject conversions are still missing, and there aren't any executable tests yet. Both will be addressed soon. Swift SVN r31527
