turn on DI for ObjC classes, resolving: <rdar://problem/11937539> implement a definite initialization checker in swift QoI and validating requirements on super.init (15579247) still remain. This also leaves a bunch of dead code in Sema, which I'll remove in a bit. Swift SVN r11032
