Merge pull request #1875 from nkcsgexi/master Re-apply "[CodeCompletion] Check the module visibility properly to handle the multi-file case. rdar://24818863" The previous commit fails to consider the potential circular dependencies while collecting imported modules. We fix it and re-apply.
