Xcode support: add SWIFT_INCLUDE_PATHS and SWIFT_OTHER_FLAGS.

SWIFT_INCLUDE_PATHS is mapped to the -I= command-line option.
SWIFT_OTHER_FLAGS is added verbatim to the command line.
