Revert "Fix build failure with instrinsic remaining (Extend|Trunc)VecArgument -> (Extend|Trunc)Argument" This reverts r15582; these are still ExtendVecArgument/TruncVecArgument in the LLVM source we're using. Swift SVN r15610
