Reinstate SE-0072. Revert "Pending QOI improvements, reinstate implicit bridging conversions." This reverts commit 6542100d627d9bfb8402def3c21899678c4d671e. SE-0116 expands Objective-C `id` to Swift `Any`, moving the conversion into the bridging mechanism rather than the type system.
