Add an irgen hack fix the rest of rdar://16006333 - observing properties don't work in @objc classes This is a hack in that the bitcast it introduces shouldn't be needed, I've filed rdar://16006333 to track a proper fix for this when Mark gets back. Swift SVN r13931
