[SIL] Documentation fixes The following changes remove obsolete constructs: ObjectPointer becomes NativeObject ObjcPointer becomes UnknownObject SomeType.metatype becomes SomeType.Type Additionally, all enumerator element references in example code have been updated to use the 'enumelt' sub-reference.
