Archetype builder: don't prematurely lower to a dependent type when enumerating requirements. Extend the contract for enumerateRequirements() a bit to preserve archetype-to-archetype same-type constraints. Use that extra information in the debug dump. NFC elsewhere. Swift SVN r23008
