Sema: Type-check switch subjects, case patterns, guards, and bodies.

Partially implement pattern type coercion for isa and expr patterns. Typecheck the switch subject, coerce case patterns to the subject type after we're resolved the pattern, check the guard as a condition, and recur into the case block body.
